崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)華東，華北地區(qū)日化香精銷售，現(xiàn)有客戶維護(hù)和新客戶開發(fā)以達(dá)成集團(tuán)總部下達(dá)的銷售及利潤目標(biāo)；
To maintain the existing clients in South China and to develop new clients to achieve the annual target;
2、負(fù)責(zé)組織、協(xié)調(diào)和整合各部門資源，進(jìn)行新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目的維護(hù)；
To conduct the new project by organizing, coordinating and integrating the resources from perfumers, FDM and marketing.
3、從銷售和客戶需求的角度，對產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)提供建議；
To transfer the clients\' and market\'s feedback to perfumer and FDM, to orient the new products direction.

任職資格
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限，化學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor degree or above, Chemist or related major;
2、3-5年以上化工行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有日化香精銷售工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
3 years work experiences in related industry;
3、具有豐富的日化客戶資源和行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，過往業(yè)績優(yōu)秀；
Rich resources in daily chemicals, good sales perfomance record;
4、對香精有所了解，對香氣有良好的感知和表達(dá)；
Good sense to fragrances, good expressions on olfactive;
5、具備良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，分析和解決問題的能力；
Good communication, coordination skill.
6、英語聽說讀寫流利
Good command of Speaking & Writing English
