Required Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering from an Accredited College.
2. 5-10 years relevant working experience in:
a. Automation Machine Design (optional)
b. Design for Manufacturing
c. High Speed Assembly Equipment (optional)
d. Machine Tools
e. Precision Tooling
f. Industrial Machine Control Systems (optional)
3. Solid interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanour, cooperative personality and a team attitude are all required. Works well with others and interacts effectively and efficiently with internal and external people and groups.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to use SolidWorks and MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint Document Management and general computer literacy.
