Job Description:
1. Prepare and carry out product group strategy that defined by GM & BD manager
2. Develop and carry out the plan of sales and marketing objectives for responsible lines of product including sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing policy, market share and so on.
3. Together with sales team to develop customers of big OEM or projects, trace and
monitor product application in key customers and provide quick and effective solutions for problems in terms of relative products.
4. Prepare the marketing program details such as SAP system data, catalogues, marketing
samples/demo systems, technical documents, user instructions, markets survey & analysis
report and so on.
5. Analysis of domestic market in regard of technical and market survey, include market size,market trends, main player of the market, location, performance and certification required,target product, price levels etc.
6. Competition analysis, include main competitor, market share, technical specification, pricing, sales channel, specific requirements of customers and competitors product performance etc.
7. Provide product & application trainings/case study internally and externally, establish application reports and presentation for various markets.
8. Pre-section new product development and be part of product/system development team.
9. Support quality management in customer complain and supply chains.
Requirements:
1. Strong Mechanical & Hydraulics knowledge
2. More than 5 years of experience related to Ball Valve design, manufacturing, or technical solution
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin
4. Good communication skills, team work and self-motivated spirits
5. Good at Microsoft office
6. Good at SAP system preferred
