JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Works with HVAC Field Technician and Supervisor to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.
2.Maintains quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspecting job sites.
3.Plans and tracks the annual training program for all fields service technicians.
4.Runs a certification program for verifying the capability level.
5.Handles FQA and SPD program.
6.Review project troubleshooting and monitors projects through completion.
