Responsibilities
1. Provide customer services for global customers in timely manner
2. Arrange logistics for customers, such as sea freight or air freight, and prepare for packing list and invoice
3. Customer forecast accuracy and management
4. Record and process Customer orders accurately within approved time limits
5. Respond to Customer Enquiries: General, cross reference, Catalogues assistance, Customer Pricing, Shipping.
6, Process invoices and credit/debit memo
7. Follow up with deliveries, transport issues, documenting issues
8. Handle RMA timely
9. Manage Customer concerns for recording ongoing Customer issues and feedback
10. Undertake training on products to increase knowledge of these products
11. Implement all Customer Assistance Telemarketing Projects
Requirements
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 working experience with minimum 2 years order management or customer service experience in foreign company, automotive or engine company is preferred
3. Working experience in planning field in manufacturing industry is preferred
4. Experience in ERP system, ORACLE System is a plus
5. Good command of English in writing and speaking
6. Good business sense
7. Excellent communication skill, highly customer oriented
8. Computer literacy
