崗位要求:
1、35歲以上,本科或以上學(xué)歷。
35 years old or above, undergraduate degree or above
2、8年以上食品銷售、農(nóng)業(yè)相關(guān)類型行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少3年以上同等級(jí)別崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
8 years or more than 8 years experience in food sales or agriculture related industry; 3 years or more than 3 years experience in the same or upper level position
3、具備優(yōu)秀的市場(chǎng)分析、客戶群細(xì)分能力,具有很強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)開拓能力。
Excellent capacity in market analysis, customer categorizing and market developing;

崗位描述:
1、參與制訂公司營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略制訂公司營(yíng)銷組合策略和營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施。
2、定期對(duì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷環(huán)境、目標(biāo)、計(jì)劃、業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行核查分析,及時(shí)調(diào)整營(yíng)銷策略和計(jì)劃,制訂預(yù)防和糾正措施,確保完成營(yíng)銷目標(biāo)和營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃。
3、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理建立建設(shè)公司營(yíng)銷組織,細(xì)分市場(chǎng)建立、拓展、調(diào)整市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò),并做好品牌形象建設(shè)與管理。
4、負(fù)責(zé)分解下達(dá)年度的工作目標(biāo)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷預(yù)算,并根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和公司實(shí)際情況及時(shí)調(diào)整和有效控制。
5、主持制訂、修訂營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)主管的工作程序和規(guī)章制度,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后施行。
6、制定營(yíng)銷系統(tǒng)年度專業(yè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。
1.Responsible for establishing the sales strategy and sales plan. After the approval, Sales & Marketing Director should put it into practice.
2.Responsible for regularly making research and analysis of market, sales target, plan and business. According to the fact, S&M Director should take action to prevent bad situation and adjust the sales strategy and sales plan timely in order to meet the sales goal.
3.Responsible for assisting General Manager to build up marketing organization, categorize building up, developing, adjust the marketing network. And S&M Director should be responsible for the construction and development of brands.
4.Responsible for leading the team to meet the annul goal and work by the Company’s marketing budget. And according to the real situation of market and Company, timely adjust and effective control should be taken action.
5.Responsible for making and revising the working procedures and regulations of Sales Directors. After the approval, Sales Director should put it into practice.
6.Responsible for making annual professional training programs in sales and marketing, and assisting its execution. 1-2 sales manager should be promoted by year.
