崗位職責(zé):
1. Conduct subcontractor /supplier factory and process audits and qualifications

4. Deal with some of customer’s complain related to subcontracting goods or raw materials

5. Follow up SCAR/8D report and verify it in subcontractors and suppliers
跟進(jìn)和確認(rèn)外包商和供應(yīng)商的8D報(bào)告
6. Validate the improving result for the audit, ensure closed the actions
對(duì)供應(yīng)商稽核改善效果的追蹤確認(rèn)，確保所有改善行動(dòng)得到落實(shí)
7. Handle daily quality issues of raw materials and subcontracting goods
處理外包商以及原材料的一些日常品質(zhì)問(wèn)題
8. Responsible for managing and reporting on the weekly quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors
負(fù)責(zé)管理和報(bào)告供應(yīng)商和外包商的每周品質(zhì)狀況

任職條件:
1. College degree or above
大專或以上學(xué)歷
2.Familiar with transformer materials and transformer manufacturing process.
熟悉變壓器原材料以及變壓器的生產(chǎn)工藝
3.Have supplier Quality management experience
有供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4. Good communication skill and good team working skill
良好的溝通以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力
5. Familiar with ISO9001 system
熟悉ISO9001體系
6. Can use relevant quality tools and can do data analysis working;
能夠使用相關(guān)的品質(zhì)工具進(jìn)行一些數(shù)據(jù)分析
7. Good level written and spoken English
良好的英文書寫能力以及能用英文進(jìn)行熟練溝通
